✬ Herbalife Meal Plan: Second Month Weight Loss Program


Morning

1. Drink Fresh Water

  • 2 – 3 glass of plain water early morning would clean your whole digestive system.

2. Activated Fibre Tablet 30min before shake (200 mL)

  • 1 Activated Fibre Tablet 30min before the morning shake with 200 ml normal water.

3. Cell-Activator Tablet 15 min before shake (100 mL)

  • 1 Cell Activator Tablet 15min before the morning shake with 100 ml normal water.

4. Cell-U-Loss Tablets Just Before Morning Shake (100 mL)

  • 1 Cell-U-Loss Tablet Just before morning shake with 100ml normal water.

5. 30 Mins after taking Activated Fibre: Drink Formula 1 Shake (400 mL)

  • 3 Flat spoons of F1(Nutritional Shake Mix) in 400 mL normal water or (200 ml toned milk + 200 ml normal water) or (200 ml any fruit juice + 200 ml normal water) .
  • If you decided to use a blender(mixer) to mix them, do not blend for more than 5 seconds or you will damage the nutrients contained in F1.
Afternoon

1. Activated Fibre Tablet 30min before Lunch (200 mL)

  • 1 Activated Fibre Tablet 30min before the Lunch with 200 ml normal water.

2. Cell-U-Loss Tablet Just Before Lunch

  • 1 Cell-U-Loss Tablet Just before Lunch with 100ml normal water.

3.Take Colorfull Lunch

  • Less calories
  • Less oily
  • More colouring vegetables
  • Fruits

​** can switch with a Shake if your dinner is a Normal meal.

3. UNABLE to Finish the Required Amount of Water per Day by 8 PM?

  • You should not try to reach your water intake goal after 8 PM, just forget it and try again tomorrow.
  • Drinking NO water or just a little bit of water after 8 PM is to avoid water retention in your body, which will result in gaining water weight.
Night

1. Activated Fibre Tablet 30min before shake(200 mL)

  • 1 Activated Fibre Tablet 30min before the night shake with 200 ml normal water.

2. Cell-Activator Tablet 15 min before shake (100 mL)

  • 1 Cell Activator Tablest 15min before the night shake with 100 ml normal water.

  • 1 Cell-U-Loss Tablet Just before night shake with 100ml normal water.

    IN AFTERNOON CHART YOU ARE SAYING ,NOT TO TAKE WATER AFTER 8 PM . & IN NIGHT U ARE TELLING [ SIR ,THAT`S LOT OF CONFUSING ] PLEASE CLEAR ALL THIS . WHICH TIME YOU HAVE DECIDED FOR NIGHT ? IS IT BEFORE 8 PM ?

  2. I am advised two tablets of cell u loss and two tablets active fibre three times a day. Is it advisable? taking two time shakes with protein powder. how does it help? Can we take light dinner by six and shake by 9 skipping dinner daily?

  7. I have take herbalife products (weight loss) from 2 months. First my weight is 97 Kg and my height is 177 cm. With in two months my weight will reduce only 3 kg and i am doing exercise regularly one hour a day. I feel so sad. Please tell me what will I do next. Give me suggestion for reduce my body weight.
