✬ Herbalife Meal Plan: First Month Weight Gain Program


Morning

1. Drink Herbal Aloe (250 mL)

  • 3 – 5 caps of Aloe Concentrate in 250 mL of plain water.

2. 15 Mins after Your Drinking Aloe: Take Proper breakfast 

  • Take your healthy breakfast.

3. 15 Mins after Your breakfast: Drink Formula 1 Shake and  Personalized Protein Powder (300 mL)

  • 3 Flat spoons of F1(Nutritional Shake Mix) and 1 Flat spoons of F3 (Personalized Protein Powder) in 300 mL milk.
  • If you decided to use a blender(mixer) to mix them, do not blend for more than 5 seconds or you will damage the nutrients contained in F1.
Afternoon

2. Take healthy Lunch

  • Include fruits and green vegitables in your lunch if possible

​** can switch with a Shake if your dinner is a Normal meal.

Night
