Excellent Service! Customer friendly! The First flight courier guys tried to buy time for delivery stating some lame excuses, though i requested if it could be delivered in the eve. Courier SPOC dropped the call abruptly that we may not be available the next day, asking rudely to either pick it up from their off or have at will the next day. I just passed on a note to H4H as i never faced the sorta service from any courier, the least expected a very rude reply that clearly conveyed we're least bothered about CSat/deliveries. Other couriers had been always courteous to know if we'd be available at their planned time or a txt on the arrival time. The SPOC from H4H immediately called up FF, asked them to deliver ASAP. Now that says it all. Thank you H4H, you rock, I hope shipment arrives in good condition and that SP's ego may be hurt, hope won't react by tampering with products as they are supposed to be consumed by Babies. 1/5 to First Flight' service and 5/5 to Herbal for health.
